For 2024, Chloe Fullar Dressage has a full season of shows planned, with shows planned throughout our home region, Region 2, and throughout the country. This season, I plan to compete the KWPN horse, Uprising, at the Grand Prix level, which is the highest level of our sport. My goals include riding at the Grand Prix level internationally, while still sharing my knowledge with motivated clients and students of all levels.
I have trained with some of the best dressage riders in the world including Catherine Haddad-Staller, Lilo Fore, Morten Thomsen, Shannon Peters, Gary Rockwell, Jeanne McDonald, Debbie McDonald, Dolly Hannon, Lendon Gray and Anne Gribbons, among others.
With Catherine Haddad-Staller, who I trained for over twenty years, provided the opportunity to work with international champion horses and riding abroad. I was fortunate to travel to Germany at the ages of 15, 17, and 23 to ride and train. In 2007, I groomed for Catherine and her horse, Maximus, at the CHIO Aachen, which is widely considered the most prestigious horse show in the world.
I started my own training business in 2007 and have brought a number of horses and riders up through the Grand Prix level, while continuing my own education and investment into my own riding career. I have achieved my USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals, as well as my Gold Freestyle Bar. I have had several prestigious opportunities, including being invited to the 2009 USET (United States Equestrian Team Headquarters) in Gladstone, NJ for an emerging athlete clinic. I have qualified and competed at Regional Championships with multiple horses, competing at every FEI level.
As a coach, I have had multiple students make the North American Youth Championships, which is considered the Junior Olympics. In 2016, 2017 & 2018, two of my students made the team for our region, making up half of the team those three years, with an international team silver medal won in 2017. In 2019, I had a different student make the NAYC team for our region, qualifying two different horses. These riders also made the National Championships in their respective divisions the same year.
In 2018 my student was the National Champion in the 14-18 Medal Seat final, still holding the highest score in the history of the class, with a 95%.
In 2020, I had a student qualify for and compete in the Under 25 Grand Prix at the National Championships, while also winning top Grand Prix Youth Rider for the country.

3rd place in the country at US Finals Intermediate 1 Freestyle Open

Musical Freestyle for the Intermediate Level 12th place in country, with a 72.600 average
Dressage Horse of the Year, 13th place with a 70.809 average
After the success of my 2021 season at regional level shows, I stepped into the international arena for the first time in Ocala, FL, where I swept the Small Tour division with three wins and being named overall champion of the division.
This result at the international level fueled the qualifying process for the Festival of Champions, which resulted in Farley and I ranked 11th in the country for the Small Tour Standings for the National Championships, where we received an automatic invite and competed in our first National Championships.
Through all of these accomplishments of myself and my students, I also take deep pride in the care and management of my horses, which results in their longevity. Between myself and my clients, we have multiple horses in their late teens and early 20s, actively competing and training at the FEI levels.
Keep track of our events!
